So we used some of the violets in our yard to decorate our daughter's birthday cake, and we used some to make violet jelly (our pictures here), but I'm wondering if any of you wise women have any other recipes or ideas for things we can do with all these lovely flowers before they are gone.

Looking forward to hearing some ideas!

Violet syrup (Susun Weed has a great recipe in Healing Wise), a violet and amethyst sun infused elixir, add the blossoms and leaves to your salad?
