Is anyone else growing a Fall-Winter garden this year in the Central Valley, California?

I'm interested in adding more varieties of plants to my garden, especially Edible Flowers, Wild Edibles, Cold-Weather Herbs, and of course, more Vegetables ....

I've started planting Dandelion and Stinging Nettle seeds. Would like to add Horseradish, but not sure if it's too cold to start planting Horseradish now .....

I got an early start this year, Yeah!!! First planting October 17th, with numerous successive plantings after that.

Most of the seeds I planted are up now. With the warm days, seeds germinate and sprout quickly. Will plant more seeds today .....
