I've been reading the thread about round cukes and I have the same issue. But, my plants were purchased as plants, not seeds from a very high end nursery. I don't get this problem as I'm growning these in a container next to a container of onion plants in my alley????? So, there isn't a cantalope in sight as far as I know. Any suggestions other than the FARMERS MARKET for cukes this year? Thanks.
