Hello mamas,
I have a random question... aren't dandelions benenificial as food? Are we able to eat the ones that seem to be always growing in my yard , or are the ones that we'd eat different? I'd love to at least make use of them, if possible.
TIA!

Yes, you can eat dandelions. Try to pick the greens when they are young and small or they can be quite bitter. Mix them raw in a salad with other greens if it makes them easier to eat.

You can also use the juice of the leaves and stems for warts and blisters. And if I'm out walking or hiking and I get stung by something, I will split the stem and apply the juice to the bite.

Ah, thank you! I am so glad to know that. I'll give it a try next time... Dh just mowed the lawn, so there aren't any right now. They'll be popping up soon, though!
