Hey, I'm subbing for the year before spring gets here at least!

And a question: do you say anything when you spy another au natural woman? There's a lovely young lady in my (massage) class with nice hairy legs that I've on occasion spotted between her skirt and her boots (it's winter, but it's the PNW), and I've almost said something, but I don't want to embarrass her (or me!) and there's a likelihood we'll be in classes with each other for the next couple years... Thoughts?

I wouldn't say anything. but that's just me; I'm all for normalising natural hairyness I wouldn't make a fuss about her having hair on her head or eyebrows, or any other body part for that matter.

that's just me too.

besides...i barely notice hair...i more notice when hair is NOT there. it looks all freaky. i've commented about this...unshaved pits to me look prepubescent. on a clearly ADULT woman with a baby on her hip it just doesn't look right. that's when i most feel like commenting. but what do you say? "Wow!! Those chicken hormones must be going crazy for you to be able to have a baby before you got any body hair?" That's not exactly a great convo starter.

Or you could just talk to her as if she's the big sister, not the mama.

I never comment on anybody else's body hair, unless he or she brings it up first.

It's official. It's been several weeks since I've shaved ANYTHING!

I was watching TV with my parents and a woman had a brief shadow on her underarm. My dad goes, "Does she have hair under her arms?" I said, "Maybe, so what if she does? I have hair under my arms." He replied that it was gross and I said, "You know, the last several times I shaved I got a rash and I decided it wasn't worth it. I really stopped caring that I have hairy armpits." He just kind of LOOKED at me (you know, that "What the heck?" look) and that was the end of the convo.

I may get a bikini wax before I go see DH...but that's because he likes it.

I'm really starting to embrace the hairy!

yw MG. I thought you abandoned us I was worried. So I am guessing you had a fun valentines day. I worked then came home and cleaned it was lovely:. Anyway lovely and hairy here as well. Hope you enjoy the rest of the day i must go and look for apartments. Yeah for me: hopefully they dont mind a hippy hairy women living on a golf course. Yep it is one of those communities. Oh well the funny part is they asked me if i had kids I said yep two and she winced but then she said there ages were fine. What the heck is that supposed to mean if they were 10 or 14 i would have to get rid of them before i could move in. Bieng hairy here is I think the least of my worries heheh. oh well they will just have to get used to a hairy : wont they

This past week or so I've been getting back into the groove of going to the gym, which is great. It is odd to see no body hair on so many women. I haven't had any blatant stares or anything, but I can say I have been noticed for being hairy! I am okay with it mostly, although I do feel a little self-conscious.
Oh, well. I'm not about to start shaving now!

Hairy and lovin it here. I have been letting the hairs grow on my legs it is funny cause today I had capri pants on and was sanding down the dry wall at our church and all the dust got all over the hairs and everyone just looked at me and said wow it would be as bad if you shaved it would not stick that bad and here they were with it all over them. That was all that was sad though it wasnt in a mean tone or anything just a huh wow this is what could work and there are several other ladies there and they did not say a word. It is nice to know that I dont scare everyone off by my hair hehe. We will see when I finally wear a no sleeve shirt around them thought heheheh oh well. I love my hair and i love the way I feel more like a woman with it then without it. THanks to all of you ladies I have actually done two public appearances with my hair. The zoo and the church heheh. love you ladies:

I have tried to go hairy as I hate shaving and think we should be as we were made. But it hurts my legs if I do not shave! as the pants pull the hair and itches these are the only reasons I even started shaveing witch by the way was in about 8th grade maybe 9th even now they hurt and it has only been about a week and a half did any of you Mama's have this problem ever because I want to go hairy my aunt has been for about 4 years now and she is so happy and loving it she also is braless and she is about a DD and she said it is so freeing!

Yes...there was! I'm not giving up on it, I promise. I'm sorry my hiatus got in the way of that.
But now I am thinking we should wait until warmer weather graces us so we can let our freak flags fly!!!
