I've never really used store-bought ones but lately we've had static so bad with the dry winter air. Just wondering if anybody makes these themselves? I don't even know what ingredient would be used to prevent/cut the static. Whatever it is I thought I could spray it on flannel 1 ply wipes and throw it in the dryer.
Thoughts?

I've heard to throw a ball of aluminum foil in the dryer. Also, don't overdry your clothes. Since the air in your house is dry, why not let them dry for the last few minutes hanging in the home?
