Hi! This is such a neat forum! I am so glad I found it.

I was wondering, what are some good places online to get eo's? Also herbs, containers, etc?

TIA!

I have had good luck with Mountain Rose herbs. I don't buy lots of stuff but what i have bought I have been very satisfied with and they have very good customer service.

I usually buy mine online too, but i'd like to find a small sample pack that has a variety. I love essential oils and I'm learning new ways to use them all the time!

mostly i'm in love with the citrus essential oils (orange, lemon, etc). I'm using them in everything from diaper wipe solution to using in in my furniture polish. i think it smells great and it puts me in a great mood!

I also use lavender/tea tree oil in my diaper pail. it helps with bacteria and the lavender smells really good (much better than pee soaked diapers

I recently bought citronella esential oil so i can make my own insect repellent for when we go camping.

Anyone else???

I added orange essential oil to baking soda. I use it to clean the bathroom, deodorize the diaper pail & toilet.

I also added orange eo to vinegar and water to "rinse" after the baking soda and to freshen the shower.

I put three drops of lavender on a cloth wipe and toss it into the diaper pail sometimes, too.

I made another cleaner last night using TTO. I'm trying hard to get used to that smell.

I have a tea tree oil that has lavender in it and i think it smells soo much better than plain 'ole tea tree oil. I love lavender so the combo works really well for us.
