I use honey to clean my face at night. But it doesn't get the mascara off. Anybody else use honey and wear make up? What do you do? The raccoon look is so unbecoming on me.

Not sure if this helps, but i do oil cleansing method to get make-up off. Either that or just hot water on a washcloth. I tend to use honey in the morning.

Coconut oil is really good for removing makeup, particularly eye makeup.

Good to know! Thanks!

After I posted this I realized that most people probably use honey in the morning. I only use it in the shower, and I shower at night, unlike the rest of the world.

i don't use any specific written about method but i use honey to wash my face in the shower and then apply coconut oil and swipe at my eyes and it wipes off my mascara. when i'm ready to apply my makeup i do the coconut oil again and apply my mineral makeup and it helps it stick and not wipe off easily.
