is that the only method you use or do you mix it up. Example use honey and a scrub(like Baking Soda or sugar) in the morning and OCM at night? Or is it something that is to be used exclusively.

I have been doing it for two weeks and I like it but sometimes I want something quick so I use honey. I am wondering if I should use sometype of scrub also.

advice, TIA

I've heard a lot of people say that only using OCM was too much for their skin. Not sure what "too much" means, but it could mean different things to different people.

I use a hot, wet washcloth most of the time, and it takes care of exfoliating my skin, b/c i'm kinda rough. I also use honey if i don't think i need exfoliation. I use OCM to get make-up off, which i wear about once a week.

I use the OCM but about 2-3 times a week. More than that is overdoing it for my skin, almost the same as washing my hair everyday would be too much for it. My skin just doesn't like it that often. Moderation seems best.

And by too much I mean that instead of my face looking great, it looks too oily and I actually tend to get breakouts.

On days I don't use OCM, I wash with Kiss My Face Olive Oil soap, tone with witch hazel and apply a light moisturizer (I think I'm currently using a Jason brand one).

Once a week I exfoliate. For that I'm using St. Ives Apricot scrub. While it's not as natural as some brands, or even using baking soda, I find it gentle. I use it in the shower for face and body.

I'm okay with balancing my more natural regime with a drugstore alternative now and then.

My skin seems to be happy with this routine, but this is after much trial and error.
