We use California Baby or Badger Balm's line of natural SPFs. CA uses Titanium Dioxide and Badger only uses Zinc Oxide.

In addition to what Mandyalicia said there is Loving Naturals sold at Amazon.  In my opinion,  the best protection is physical protection (hats, umbrellas, shade, rash guards, etc.).  After that all the natural sunblocks I have tried have been just OK.
