Hello!

I started the no 'poo route about two weeks ago and now my hair is really starting to bug me. Its still in the adjustment phase so its pretty greasy looking and more or less plastered to my scalp. Please tell me that eventually this does end, my hair will adjust to not having the oils stripped out and my hair won't look/feel this way forever! Thank you!!

Hi there!

I saw this is from last month but thought you could tell me how things are going with the no-poo at this point in time? I've been no-poo for about 2 1/2 months now, and things are going great....but I was in the same place you were last month! I had a horrible transition period that lasted a month, totally nasty, greasy hair! What helped to get all that oil that had built up in the actual hair (not the scalp) was to do a rinse with saltwater. (I replaced the ACV with salt water for one wash.) That was it, after that my hair FINALLY looked good! So if you're still having trouble you might want to give that a shot, definitely couldn't do any harm. smile.gif
