Hey friends. Ive been using a Diva but on the heavy days its just not enough. I think Meluna makes one that holds more ml's..? Am i right about that? Where can i order a Meluna or something BIGGER than the Diva in the United States? I have to empty the Diva every few hours and wear a pad on my really heavy days which is frustrating. I had the same problem with tampons. Help please.

Yes I have put the thing in every which way known to woman so I dont think thats an issue unless my anatomy is just weird..

Thanks ladies.

Someone on YouTube said they sell them at zanashop.com, but I don't know if it works because the website is blocked for me.

Hi, I don't know much about cups, but I'm paging TracyGladRags (the owner of GladRags) for you.  She carries a bunch of different types of cups and can probably tell you if one brand holds more than the others.

Which size Diva are you using? DivaCup Model 1 holds 20 ml, and Model 2 holds 25 ml. The Lunette Model 2 holds 26 ml. The Lunette Model 2 has the highest volume of any of the cups that we sell.

I don't know much about the Meluna cup, other than that it's made of a different material than the DivaCup (thermoplastic elastomer as opposed to medical-grade silicone), so it feels a little tackier/stickier if that makes sense. It's not cleared for sale in the US by the FDA, so eBay is probably going to be your best bet.

Hope that helps :)

Hi Tracy! I use a size 2 Diva. Tacky/sticky sounds gross on a cup, so thanks for that. I'm looking for the cup that can hold the MOST on my heavy days. I'm a teacher and can't go to the restroom when I want. What do you recommend? So far after 6 months of using the Diva I leak etc and never leave without backup. greensad.gif

This site has a good chart of the capacity of various menstrual cups...

I'm not sure why I didn't see your question -- so sorry! Anyway, I'd recommend giving the Lunette Model 2 a shot. It has a little bit more capacity than the Diva. There may be other cups out there that would work for you, but I'm really only familiar with the cups that have been cleared with the FDA (although I've seen/touched samples of a few others from Europe, etc).
