so I'm trying to make my own shampoo bar, the hot procesed way , couse I don't wanna use regular shampoos any more.

I wanna start with something simple and I don't wanna make 10 bars...I just wanna make one, or how many I can get with this recipe...

1 oz castor oil

3 oz coconut oil

6 oz olive oil

3 oz sunflower oil

(lye and water)

and I would add esseantial oil at the end and maybe some cinnamon for color

I would really appreciate any tips.....please.... :)

I make soap...

That would make about 5 ish bars for me...

Make sure and get the right amount of lye and water.

I use peppermint and rosemary for my EOs in shampoo bars.

That would be three or so bars for me. You can infuse the oils with herbs too. Consider an apple cider vinegar rinse for your hair if you are doing hp or cp soap shampoo. The pH level of soap is very different from the pH level of hair.
