Question: I've been using vinegar in my laundry as a fabric softener and to help keep things clean and was looking into making my own laundry detergent using castile soap but have came across information that vinegar de-salponifies Castile soap so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Castile soap laundry detergent and vinegar?

I don't have experience using a castile soap based detergent as it has been a long time since I made my own laundry detergent, but I think that vinegar as a rinse aid is useful because it de-saponifies.  I would just keep it out of the wash cycle.

I also use vinegar in laundry it cleans our clothes well and it removes some of the stains. I use mild detergent soap for washing our clothes because some soaps are really harsh on the skin and it dries my skin.

I use vinegar in the rinse cycle as well and mostly like that it seems to neutralize any unwanted scents and the price is hard to beat.
