Cow's milk and cow's milk derived dairy products (bovine hormone) If you have to have your milk, go organic the price is worth you health.
All cleaning items found on Wal-Marts shelves (I can't bare to even go down the isle, it smells so toxic)
Obviously junk food, any "food" that has an ingred. list Why? Whole food is the way to go and Live foods, like fresh veggies (frozen if you must, way better than canned)
Hints to make this all happen:
Pre plan meals and cook double, so you always have a meal in the freezer for those nights when you just need a break.
