Coconut oil doesn't need to be refrigerated does it? I just splurged and bought some....and now I'm worried about it because it's consistency seems different today. Is that okay?

EVCO has a melting point right around room temp. So, on cold days, it will appear to be a solid and on warm days a liquid. You don't need to refrigerate it.
