I read the honey face cleaning thread below and wanted to know if anyone used Honey to help with Rosacea? I have that and am looking for a non-chemical way to calm the redness. Any ideas?

Try african black soap to wash(not the Odu stuff, but the dog poop looking REAL stuff!), followed by a honey mask, then some unrefined shea butter (the shea and black soap you can easily obtain from Ebayers, and it's the real deal). I know that my brother has exzema, and tanning in the tanning bed once a week has really helped him.
Also, mineral makeup seems to work wonders for rosacea sufferers.

Thanks! I will check those out. I am just about out of foundation and was thinking about switching to minerals anyway.
