So I just recently made the switch to an all-natural shampoo. Ever since then, my scalp has been incredibly itchy. Is it possible that it's "de-toxing"?

Yes, it's definitely possible, as I experienced the itchies during the switch. It was a matter of getting the right regime down of the bs/acv. You might find it easier to use a castile bar soap at first, then condition w/ a little bs, and then rinse w/ acv. Just experiment!
