Pretty much. Some people add a little baking soda to theirs for extra exfoliation. I would start off with just the honey, especially since you said you have dry, flaky skin.

All you do is take a little honey, scoop it into your hand, wet a little, apply to face and rinse. Easy peasy!

We've found raw honey works the best. But I started with regular old honey and it worked great too.

I use honey every other day in the shower, but I'm sure you could use it every day, unless it gets too drying for your skin. Last night I added a little brown sugar to mine to exfoliate, and it was so nice. My skin is so soft!
Some people have added baking soda to theirs for exfoliation too. You can try different things to see how you like them.
