I somehow got chocolate on a maternity tank top and didn't notice it for hours--lovely, I know --and have tried almost everything to get it out (not all at the same time) :

Bac-Out
Baking soda and vinegar
Fels-Naptha
Oxy-Clean
Shout
Zout
Bleach

I have about a month to go and about 5 shirts that fit me, so I'd like to salvage this one, if possible...

I'm going to try sunning it (the shirt is white), but any other suggestions? TIA!

The only way I've found to get stubborn stains out is to soak them for days. Like 3-5 days. I soak them in Borax, Bac-Out, and laundry liquid. Ds smeared strawberries and raspberries all over a white shirt and after I washed it twice and pre-treated the stains, I was ready to give up and then I decided to soak it. I couldn't believe it, after 4 days the stain was almost out, then I washed it again the next morning and it was gone HTH

Thanks, Ambre! I'm sunning it right now and if that doesn't work, I will commence the 96 hours of soaking that you recommend!
