I got a Diva Cup last month and it worked GREAT for my first period. I started my period day before yesterday and now the thing KEEPS LEAKING! Sorry for the melodramatic caps, but the main reason I got the cup was because my periods were getting so messy. The cup has leaked every time I've put it in except for once. I'm doing it exactly the same way as I did last month. I haven't had any clotting or any more blood than usual.

Please help!

I remember I loved mine the first month, then had problems the second month. It seems to take some adjusting-maybe it's not creating a seal around your cervix? I wear a pad as backup all the time anyhow. Sometimes I felt like half my hand was up there getting it situated.

I ended up going back to tampons. I can only use my Diva cup if I'm going to be home. My periods are too heavy! Give it time, seems there is a learning curve with it.
