I am Kristy, 25 yo sahm (except for weekend nights) to 2 boys, 4 1/2 and 2, and one girl, 2 1/2 months, wife to Mike, who is in school, working, and has a brain tumor (currently in remission as of his last MRI).
My goals are:
lose 40 pounds by the first week of Aug. (son's birthday)
walk dog twice a week
do yoga twice a week
no more than 1 hour of tv a day
make healthy dinner at least 3 times a week
