I have had hormone issues forever, but never had "rage" or anger and was always genuinely a happy person. So, I was baffled that I found myself YELLING and being genuinely ANGRY at my boys (ages 4, 2). And, always after yelling at them, I would feel SOOO horrible, but I could not, in the middle of it, stop myself from yelling (and grabbing them, on occasion).

Long story short, I FELT like something was not working right inside me, soI switched to a new PCP and he ordered blood work. Of course, it shows everything as "normal", but he did refer me to a couple of specialists.

But, I also continue to see / work with my chiro/kinesio. I ordered myself a couple of vitamins and started taking those (dong qui and a thyroid supplement). I had no idea how AGITATED I felt inside until now. After just a few days of the vitamins, I feel so much better! I do still have other hormone related symptoms, but I am so hoping that these vitamins help with those also....if not, maybe the specialists (have not been to them yet) will be able to pinpoint some stuff.

Mostly though, I am just SO thankful that I can be them mommy that I know I am and that my boys deserve now!
