So I've been thinking that I ought to try visualization and see how I feel in each scenario to help me in my provider for this baby. Thing is that I am a very unfocused individual (even with my daily dose of DHA / EPA :) and don't typically do much productive visualization.

How do I get started? I've just started a little meditation and know it's something you build and get better at. How do I not fall asleep while visualizing?

Thanks.

Sorry I don't have any experience on that, but I am bumping up your post for input. :)

Thank you. I'm having a really tough time selecting between midwives both who offer some real great positives and a woman from my local ICAN chapter suggested I visualize each of them and how it can go to see how I feel to perhaps help me in decision making. I knew that this was wise but really have no experience with doing visualizations and found that I'm no closer in choosing a path.
