I was having HORRIBLE pain in my back for a while...
I went to the Chiropractor on Wednesday, and it felt a little better, but still painful...
I had done Yoga on Sunday, but was having a hard time bc my back hurt (vicous cycle, you see? :LOL)
Well, something told me to do my yoga videa after the chiropractor...
AND LO AND BEHOLD!!!
Presto, MAGIC!! After Yoga, I felt 118% better!
Since then (okay, it's only been a couple of days! :LOL) I've HAD to do it DAILY, or else I could feel my back tightening up!
Of course, I'm only doing this for the stretching techniques... It's difficult to relax and focus with a 10 month old crawling all over you, and a 3 year old either jumping on your back, or sitting next to you being oh so cute, and stretching WITH you!!
with it, though, and can ALREADY feel a difference... It was LITERALLY immediate!!
