I have been taking a kickboxing class at the local gym and I LOVE it. It's not a class for whimps! It's a co-ed class and we work soooo hard. I am always dripping with sweat when I leave and I can't tell you how great it is for getting your frustrations out. Punching the target is such a great release. I am much stronger than when I started and my shoulders and arms look a lot better. This is far and above the best work-out I've ever done!!! Does anyone else enjoy kickboxing as much as I do?
