Forget about boyfriend. Lose weight for yourself. It's so much more comfy to be thin
Years ago I lost 50 pounds by adding up the calories of everything I ate each day an excercising a lot--jogging and going to the gym. And drinking a ton of water.
This current time, I gained weight from being stressed and dealing with that stress by eating unhealthy foods. But then I got super busy with something for a few weeks, and literally did not have the time to eat, and I was running all around the house cleaning, and I couldn't believe that I lost 10 pounds without trying.
So to maintain this new weight, I have a plan to munch on carrot sticks whenever I want to stress eat. I stared at the tv and ate carrots nonstop, without the guilt of eating chips nonstop.
