I'm not in Puerto Rico, but I'm a Quaker!
Orthodox Quakers are a tiny tiny minority of our already tiny religion. I know there are Evangelical Quakers (not Orthodox) in Cuba and throughout Latin America, but I think none at all in Puerto Rico. You can check out http://www.fwccamericas.org for more information about Quakers throughout North and South America.
Many far-flung Friends have found community in sites like http://www.quakerquaker.org/, which bring us all together in discussion forums like these, though much smaller!
There are also quite a few Quaker blogs, etc, out there that can help draw you into a sense of community with our wider body. Here's one resource: http://www.voicesoffriends.org/. Here's another: http://lambswar.blogspot.com/
My beliefs also veer Orthodox/Conservative, but I attend a Liberal meeting because that's what is near me. That works well for me.
Feel free to ask me any questions. I'd love to help.
