I have been meditating for years now on and off with various groups, at the moment with a karma kaygu sangha as that's the only group for miles around. But I've just read Kaplau's (sp!) The Three Pillars of Zen and have been so riveted and captivated by the stories of real live here and now enlightenment that I just would love to know if anyone here has experienced it, or the striving for it.
I have found a sanga in warsaw, a mixture of Soto and Rinzai. I'm also very interested in the differences between the schools.
Anyone else out there?
