No. The reprieves given only applied to the requirement to test certain items for lead. You still must comply with the limits law regardless of whether tested or not. Also, to be clear the reprieve was not signed into law. It was merely a decision by a 2 person panel that *they* would not pursue it for that year period. Your state attorney general could legally still enforce it if they decided to.
