I think so? He was a captive of the Death Eaters when Voldemort "killed" Harry in the forest. Narcissa was there too...

I love that last one, by the way! Molly knitting sweaters for Harry was such a great prop. It tidily encapsulated the warm, huggy, physical aspect of motherhood that Harry was deprived of and that Ron, one of seven, totally takes for granted. Ron just rolls his eyes when he gets another sweater from Molly. Harry didn't have a mom, much less one who'd take the time to knit him a sweater.
