I think the young girl from Whalerider is an awesome warrior.

To me the ultimate buttkicking woman is Peta Wilson in the TV version of La Femme Nikita. Its on DVD now and she is just incredible to watch.

Enough with jlo..yep jlo. Her butt-kicking doesn't happen until the end but it is well worth the wait.

And, as "bad" as it was, I loved Tank Girl. :

Trying to think of my other favorites...

My friend lent us the first season of WW, DD likes it but what bad acting and stories. Its funny what you forget over 30 years

I like all those listed and my DD loved Lara Croft, 5th Element and Whale Rider.
I am looking forward to watching Buffy with her in a couple years. I really want to watch the entire series again, (and Angel too, Yummy!)

Definitely some good ones listed so far! What about Keira Knightley as Guinevere in King Arthur- she is certainly able to hold her own with the boys in battle.

Wonder Woman did not come!  I don't think it can be filmed. they'll never find an actress worth of playing her.
