How old are you?

I LOVE my playlist but it's weird. I just added Cher's Gypsies, Thieves and Tramps and Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive.

ANyone mention Shakira yet? She's great for running, esp. Hips Don't Lie.

I'm bumping this thread back up! I won an ipod shuffle - 1G . big enough to put a NICE assortment of workout music on so everytime i put it on i'm not listening to the same stuff.

I'm checking out the podrunner podcasts on Itunes- they're free & set by BPM. I'm very beat dependent- probably from years of playing drum in a marching band It's funny how many songs DON'T work for me!

SO, if you've got more suggestions, bring em on!

I LOVE this playlist. The other a night a late night informercial came on for The Midnight Special, a late night concert TV series in during the 70's, and ever since I've been craving LOTS of disco and motown music.

Here are some songs I added today:

Sly And The Family ston - dance to music.

Spinners - rubberband man.

A bunch of Bee Gees

A bunch of ABBA

Blondie - heart of glass

Steppenwolf - magic carpet ride

Steely Dan - reeling in the years

Frankenstein never scared me. Marsupials do. Because they're FAST.
