Thanks for the list; it is nice to have a compiled list of possible resources.  We have tried some on it with ds, and had some success and some not so much.  We have Blio and Dragon Dictation.  We also have Fluency, some graphic novels- KaeruBoy, Big Nate in Ibooks, etc.  He is really good at doing the ones he likes, but if he does not like it, it gets ignored.

There is a font I've recently come across, designs with dyslexia in mind. It's a free one so might be worth a look
