Hi everyone, my 7yo has problems with impulse control (makes noises in class), and i definitely want to steer clear of medication. Ive read  positive reports of pycnogenol? (pine bark) as well as liquid nutritional supplements designed specifically for this purpose one is called 'liquid health attention'

Has anyone else has tried these or  something similar, and were effective?

I have seen it used for strengthening veins, but I haven't heard of it for ADHD.
