Right know i am more confused then ever!!!
They went good, but its sooo much to take in i am not sure how to process all of this. Between Luke and Landon its all jumbled in my head, and im not sure what to do.
So....Ill start with Landon
His main probelms are his Gross Motor skills which were an equivelent of a 0-1 month....and the same with Fine motor skills.
He is going to be recieving OT once a week.... He basically is acting the age of a 1 month old....
And then the PT is going to re-evalutae him every month to make sure hes on track.
Im kinda sad that hes only acting like a month old...he is 3.5 month or 2 months adjusted, but thats ok, he will get there.
His goals are to reach rolling bothe ways by 6 months....and sit with good head aligment by 6 months.
I think thats about it for landon....

Onto Luke....
Where to start???? (lukes 43 months)
He qualifys for speech...for articulation..
He tested at a 33 month leval for personal-social section....expression of feelings interaction etc.

He tested 24 months for adaptive self/help...eating, toileting, attention, and personal resposibility

He did GREAT 46 months on visual reception....matching memory.
He He also qualified for playing with peers, becuase he often gets too rough....

Luke definalty has Sensory Intergration...although she said he has Sensory Modulation...there are a few things we are going to do...
We are going to set up a behavior chart for him....a pictorial schedule for the day and probably do some brush therapy and try some weighted blankets....
The OT Gelda is going to come over next week, and we are going to get everything into play..I am really excited that we FINALLY got his diagnoses so we can get things started.

They kept saying that he could get more kid interaction in Pre-school but i told them were going to Homeschool and they were awesome about it I did say that he will start going to playgroup on Tues and were going to try to get him into wrestling this year. So they were happy with that.

I am glad that we finally got the actual diagnoses of SI but im still stumped about what to do and where to go from here....i cant wait until our meeting next week so that we can start implimenting everything into his everyday life!

About Landon ~
my dd was more of a preemie than him (28weeker) .. and her OT eval at 3mo (adj age newborn) was EXACTLY the same! She didn't sit unassisted until almost 8 months, but her head control was perfect by 6mo, although she didn't roll both ways (only back to front at 6mo) until almost 10 months (7mo adj). He'll catch up quick!
