I have been told by a few people that they think my dd's have ADHD they are VERY hyper...I was also told by someone thye think my youngest has autism...Dh brought up that he thinks my youngest does have autism...I don't really see that but haven't been around someone with autism so it's possible...My girls are so hyper and I CAN'T control them...I have cut out their refined sugars and still very hyper...I haven't had them tested because being 3 and 4 I think they are too young to be on meds but I just can't take it some days...Anyone have any advice or symptoms maybe? Please any suggestions would be great...Also my youngest was born a month early and was developmentally behind SEVERAL months...Thanks

Check out the Feingold Program for your girls - http://www.feingold.org . There are other foods that could be triggers - apples are one for my son, go figure hehe.

I had my oldest tested at that age and most drs won't put them on meds that young. They don't generally diagnos kids that young as ADHD either. They usually call it something else until they get older. I don't know anything about autism though. My 2 oldest have ADHD and sensory issues. If you need help, it would be good to ask for it. If I had gotten some realy help earlier then it could have made a big difference for my kids, especially my oldest.
