I drafted my own without too much trouble. I used the measurements from a pattern envelope for 4T, but next time I'm just going to draft it from an existing shirt. Be sure to add lots of ease in the chest and extra length to compensate for the thickness of the weights. I'm hoping to get a tutorial up on how to make on later this summer.
I have a pdf of one I found online. If you google "weighted vest instructions" one near the top of the page is a pdf that might help (I don't know how to hyperlink pdfs and have always assumed I couldn't do that)
