My son will be 5 in August and I have been looking for some suitable vitamins. Anyone know of any?

We are not feingold but I do avoid all the dye and flavorings and additives. I think this vitamin would meet feingold specs and I used it for a long time with my boys.

Problem is I tend to open capsules and give them the powder mixed in a bit of something and I know not all kids would tolerate that likely.

http://www.energywave.com/shop/product_info.php?id=13 I found this one doing a search. I don't know anything about it personally.

I hope you find something that works well.

Kirkman labs (linked in the previous post) is great for kids that are sensitive to dyes or have food allergies.
