Ds had me going loopy at lunch. We went out to a place that serves noodles. It is about the only place he will eat noodles. In fact, even if I was to make the (almost) exact thing at home, he would not eat it.

He likes buttered noodles that are those wavy kind. He's eating them, no problem.

Screeching halt.

Gasp.

There are some macaroni noodles in there. He found three, whining the whole time about them being mixed with his "good" ones. He hit that fourth macaroni noodle is was all over. Pushed his bowl away and refused to eat anymore.

What if you saved the take out containers, bag, etc. from that restaurant, but made your own buttered egg noodles and put them in that restaurant's packaging?

He may never eat there again

Seriously though, my oldest decided he didn't like cinnamon after eating a Red Hot.

Now, he loved scrambled eggs. Until stupid dh had to try to "make a point" with ds and said "Oh, I put cinnamon in the eggs."

Ds hasn't eaten scrambled eggs since. And that was at least a year ago. Sheesh.

Do you mind if I ...just because I can relate. My 7 year old will no longer eat Annie's Mac and Cheese because once (when he was four ) he got "a crunchy one" and became eternally repulsed.
