I can't really help you but my ds1 has his first loose tooth and it kind of freaked him out at first. He won't wiggle his though either. I curious to see the replies.
My son has an asperger's Dx.. he lost his first tooth at age 5 and now at nearly 7 has lost a total of 8 teeth. The first loose tooth totally freaked him out when it was loose and when it fell out he had a total meltdown.
You may want to start prepareing him for it's eventual loss..Mine got over his anxiety when he realized he'd be getting some $$.. he then computed how much he could get for his whole mouth and promptly asked when all his teeth were going to fall out
I don't think he can choke on it. I knew kids that swallowed their loose teeth when I was a gradeschooler..
