We had sex twice* on July 4th, then took a long bike ride down to the beach and watched fireworks. Et voila! Identical twins! I think all the bouncing on the bike must've made the egg split, right?

I dunno if you were joking, but

Wild Yam has been proven to raise Progesterone levels, which increases the chance for implantation, so in theory if you are predisposed for double ovulation, wild yam should increase your chance of fraternal twins (because it increases the chance for any fertilized egg to implant).

I loved having twins and its been easier then I thought it would be. My house was already total chaos anyways though with the ages of my other kids lol !! I would love one more set of twins to complete our family, but only if I could carry them, then someone else could have the c-section, and then I could take care of them after that. The twins' c-section was a nightmare!

I always wanted twins btw....and was always hoping really hard/then bummed after each u/s showing only one baby. I was positively thrilled to find out the twins were twins. No doubt its a TON of work (carrying them during pregancy to the present), but what an amazing journey its been as well.
