I just talked to my friend who is 17 weeks pg with her first. During the routine doppler check they heard a echo effect with the heartbeat the midwife asked if twins run in the family. She said she is also measuring a little big.

I was just wondering if it would be possible just to have an echo or if usually this ends with twins. She doesn't have an ultrasound scheduled for 4 weeks!!!!

I am on the edge of my seat I can't believe she didn't get an earlier appointment!

Thanks
