Your little one is in my thoughts and prayers. I pray that you all have the strength to endure this bump in life.
Married to DH 7 years and have three fantastic kiddos! DS 6, DD 4, and DS 2 ...... lo and behold another is on the way!
One of my twins had multiple hospitalizations and a surgery and it was very hard to balance taking care of my well twin and being there for her sister.
Your family will most certainly be in my thoughts and prayers.
Not sure that I'm crunchy, but definitely a "tough chew".
I'll be thinking positive thoughts and sending them to you and yours.
Karen - spouse to dh for 11 years, mama to ds (Nov '02), dd (May '05) and ds and dd (Jun '08)
I've been reading Knockout, subtitled something like Doctors Who Are Beating Cacner. It's by Suzanne Somers and it explores alternative treatments for cancer, nutritional therapies and supplements. It may be worth exploring those along side conventional treatments and getting a hold of some of the doctors. One of the things she writes about is that there is a test to determine which type of chemo is most likely to work on a patient's specific cancer cells. It's not widely done here, but is in Germany.
You and your family are in my thoughts. Sending you lots of strength and beat cancer vibes.
Evy is such a beautiful child!
If anyone is interested, there is a candle group for Evy. Go here and type Evy in the group search box. From there you can light a candle and send a message. Jill has the link to Evy's group.
