Ok I think I had heard this somewhere... but I just need some reassurance.

Spotting... particularly brown, old blood spotting is normal when pregnant with twins?

I'm quite freaked out, this is first cycle after a MC and we found out almost 2 weeks ago its twins.

Congrats on your pregnancy! Spotting is SO nerve wracking! I had spotting for weeks with my twin pregnancy and did not with my singleton. So, not some official statistics, but that was my experience.

I hadn't heard that spotting was more common with twins, but early spotting is actually how I found out I was pregnant with twins. I had just a little bit of blood, but also have a history of miscarriage, so I went to get checked right away and I was sure the pregnancy was over. Thats when my doctor found two tiny little ones!
Good luck to you, and I hope all is well.
