I'm almost 14 weeks along and I've been feeling the baby kick for a few weeks now. This morning I felt him/her kick on the far right side of my uterus and then immediately on the far left side. Is this a sign of twins? I'm not going to be able to get an ultrasound for several weeks, so I'm very curious. I know nobody here can tell me for sure, but if any twin moms experienced something like this around this time in their pregnancy I'd really like to know. I suppose the baby could just be spreading his/her arms and legs really far, but at 14 weeks they don't seem large enough to be able to extend their legs THAT far. I don't know. Any and all insights are appreciated

from what i remember, that seems pretty early to be feeling movement for a singleton. i am due feb.5 and am just starting to feel our baby. that being said, i remember feeling the twins move earlier on. so, it is possible, of course, but also may be possible that you are farther along than you think with a singleton. ? just a thought. now that we have ultrasounds, it is hard to wait, isn't it?

mother to girl (8), boy (7), girl (5) and twin boys (12/07) and a little boy due Feb 5!!
