How do you handle the differences in your multiples strengths and weaknesses?
DD has become very shy indeed about her beginning reading and early math because they do not come as easily to her as they do to her brother. She has incredible motor skills and problem-solving and people skills that he doesn't have, but they come so easily to her that she doesn't recognize them as skills and looks at me like I am nuts when I try to explain that she and he are good at different things.
DD is one of those kids who won't show us a skill until she has mastered it internally. DS3 is a kid who practices skills out loud repetitively until he is sure he has it. The result is that DD sees how DS3 is learning and is very aware of it.
