Warninghine ahead.

MY BACK HURTS................WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Seriously. I bent over funny a week ago, and my left upper back has been hurting since then. It only hurts when I am upright. If I am lying down, it goes away. I need to clean. I need to cook. I need to do things, but my back hurts.
I cant afford a chiro. My dh rubs me nightly. I soak in warm baths. I use heat packs. What else can I do. Oh, I do yoga stretches too.

Me and my wonderful husband serve God. Blessed with twin girls 2/11/11. <3

have you tried epsom salts in your baths? that is the only way a bath gets out my aches. ibuprofen?

also maybe ask your midwife/doctor. they may be able to refer you to someone who can do massage or work to help out.
