When you were pregnant, for how long did you continue? Of course, everyone is different, but I'm just curious.

I worked FT until 30 weeks then went to PT until 34 weeks.  My twins were born at 38 weeks.  I had a very sedentary desk job though, so it wasn't physically demanding.

I went on bed rest at 21 weeks. Babies were born at 36. Before bed rest I was working from home some days and thinking about going to part time.

I worked full time (desk job) until 36 weeks; babies were born at 39. I did have the advantage of being able to nap at work (on a couch in a quiet lounge) over my lunch hour, which helped a LOT! By 36 weeks I was very uncomfortable, and wasn't getting much done at work anyway.

I worked full time at a desk job until 28 weeks. Then I went to part time, at 33 weeks my boss basically told me to go home and finish cooking these babies because I was of no use to him if I couldn't walk around the office. The boys were born at 37 weeks.

I stopped working at about 26 weeks.  I'm a child psychologist & I wanted to have a firm ending date with my patients.  I wasn't going to go back to work after they were born, so I wanted to have a clean good-bye and ending.  I didn't need any bed rest and it wasn't suggested by my doctor, just something that felt right to me given my circumstances.

My twins were born at 37 weeks.

I worked until 34 1/2 weeks, started having contractions at 35 weeks, so I went on bedrest for a week.  Then my doc said it would be OK to have them after 36 weeks, so I went off bedrest, but they didn't come until 38 weeks.

I worked until noon the day they were born (by sort-of scheduled c-section). They were delivered just after 3pm, at 37w 0d.

I worked 3 days/week until just before 35w.  I had my mono/di twins at 35w6d.  They came on their own, but the plan was to deliver before 37w anyway.
