My son is just recently showing interest in using the potty. In fact, he's went pee in the potty four times today. He's 2 1/2. I'm also a nursing mother to 8 month old twin boys. I'm struggling with time management! How do I spark big brother's interest in going #2 on the potty ?? I'm really ready to stop changing three sets of diapers, but I know he has to be ready too!

I've heard good things from ECers about Jamie's non-coercive potty training method for kids 18 months and older. http://www.jamieglowacki.com/ Worth a shot.

this is just a moment in time, step aside and let it happen

I can give about 59 votes for Jamie mentioned above and her book oh crap potty training. She is a amazing thoughtful person and it shows in her work and rather than being a strict approach, it will help you understand the goals, reason and pitfalls and let you find what works for you without falling unsaid pitfalls. The also have a closed Facebook group that acts as peer advice that is amazingly helpful.
